Reduces the env vars to two.
NEXT_PUBLIC_ACCOUNT_IDandDEPLOYMENT_CONFIG(maybe rename toSERVER_CONFIG).This is also backwards compatible with the single env vars - as a fallback loader when SERVER_CONFIG is not set.
