CATROID-1621 Add CLT for the Point towards brick

The "Point Towards" brick is being tested on two levels:

-The sensor-based direction towards an object is calculated and verified numerically.
-The visual direction towards an object is detected using a color sensor and compared to the calculated positions.
Both levels are tested for fixed object placement as well as for random object placement.
