What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
read synthetics metadata so this page is fixed: https://docs.datadoghq.com/synthetics/platform/metrics/
synthetics is not considered an integration but we show the metrics metadata in the same way an integration would. there's no other immediate solution besides calling this out as a special case. it's possible in the future we might directly get metrics metadata from sources or APW but that may not happen until Astro.
