This commit introduces support for authentication when connecting to Kafka in topicmappr. It replaces direct client initialization with a new function, `newKafkaAdminClient`, which configures authentication parameters such as: - SSL CA location - Security protocol - SASL mechanism - SASL username and password This allows users to connect to Kafka clusters requiring authentication.
