Major changes
folder names changed to match generic cpp codebases naming style. .clang-tidy file and corresponding CMakeLists.txt files have been updated accordingly.

Multiple test PRs has been made to test if only the main codes are getting checked by the .clang-tidy configuration file in both local environment and github ci-cd pipeline
