I completely understand the concerns about listing a chain that isn’t public yet. The reason for this request is that your repository serves as the source of truth for the Safe team when validating the Chain ID prior to deploying the SafeSingletonFactory on a new network. Since Safe is a crucial part of the tooling stack, it’s often required before full network details can be shared publicly.

Our team at Protofire has a strong track record of contributions to etherium-lists/chains, and there were couple of cases for private launches, after that we’re fully committed to updating and appending the complete network data as soon as it goes live.
