Proposal: Claude Code Integration for DefiLlama Development

This branch proposes the integration of Claude Code into the DefiLlama development workflow by adding a comprehensive CLAUDE.md configuration file, using basic hooks (linter and script to use yarn in all cases), and a YAML file to enable communication with Claude in issue and PR comments.

Notes:

• The use of Python scripts could be replaced with regular JS ones to avoid requiring new tool installations outside the repo.
• The internal memory significantly affects how Claude generates new code for the repo; I have mine adapted from basic Cursor rules for web development, and it works pretty well.

Would like to hear if anyone from the team is also experimenting with the implementation to exchange ideas or modify configurations
