Initially this was added because the window managed of SDL2 was broken on Android
Since the recent SDL2 update the system bar while a game is running is shown in green. This is distracting and this reverts it to the old look.
SDK35 changes the metrics and how the back button behaves. This breaks our app in many aspects. See #3373

…awlist Happens when the player is in a menu screen (or any scene != map), and the client loses connection; on reconnect, the list of players and dc'd players are cleared leaving the pointers in the map scene's drawlist dangling.

Most packets are now correctly sent, except for the case when changing rooms which leaves the user in singleplayer mode still.
When changing rooms, the SR command needs some time for changes to register otherwise the user will be denied access to the server.
