Not sure how git works and all. I don't need credit for some simple changes.

Hi,
First, thanks for this work. Second, this is my first with git and likely I am not following some appropriate conduct. Please excuse me.
My changes are minor and mostly have to do with display stuff. This came at a great time really. If I can help in some way, do let me know.
I didn't like using the style attribute for the fields, though I realize inserting a style element isn't much better. Also, for this sort of thing, I felt like a table worked better than simply putting everything in paragraphs.
