What Problems Does EasyApp Solve?

Not unlike other applications, EasyApp is an extension developed for convenience. Anyone can apply to a job on their own, however the task can be tedious, exhausting, and downright irrating when you have to do it over and over again for different jobs.

The simple solution that many people go to when something takes a long time is... automation!

EasyApp aims to automate the process of sending in online job application through several of its functions:

1. The autofill function: Allows users to open a page on an application and have the extension fill it for them
2. The parse function: Allows users to submit a cover letter or resume into the extension homepage, where it then parses it for information that it can use in its autofill processes. It is recommended that this is double checked, however, as even AI can make mistakes.
3. The recommendations function: Gives users recommendations on how to tailor their resume and/or cover letter to a certain job application.

Each of these functions gives the user a leg up in the job application world as it saves lots of time and effort, allowing them to focusing their time on real world tasks which can be added to their resume later on. Additionally, it can solve the problem of a job application being "too long" or "too complex". Many applicants simply close out an application if it begins to take to long for them to complete, or if the application has too many elements that make it difficult for the applicant to understand what is being asked.
