Description

This PR adds the uScope extension (publisher: DEMCON, VS Code Marketplace ID: DEMCON.uscope) to Open VSX via publish-extensions. uScope provides microscopy imaging and analysis tools for VS Code. The maintainers have been contacted via GitHub issue (linked above) to request direct publishing. This PR serves as a backup to seed the extension on Open VSX, enabling use in VSCodium, Theia, etc., while awaiting their response.
