This commit merges the feature branch for multi-layer support.

The modification o make_space_geometry in src/engine/fem/space.jl.
Modified the draw_disk and draw_annular functions to support more markers, improving boundary identification in models with multiple soil interfaces.
Add get_cable_layer to deal with transitions in multilayer soil
