You'll need to bump NET_CORE_SDK in build/build-variables.yml too ;)

For some reason the task: UseDotNet@2 fails to retrieve just the runtime for .net10, pipeline run with the issue: https://dev.azure.com/firely/firely-net-sdk/_build/results?buildId=63716&view=results
Removing the runtime-only works, so just FYI more than anything
