Description
Makes a few selection related improvements to the stage editor.

Requires Assets PR FunkinCrew/funkin.assets#205
Adds a deselect button
Ctrl + D = Select None (assets)
Deselect overlapped selected sprite with control
Right click on selection mode and current selection labels
Current selection text no longer appears while hovering over UI or testing
Prevent inputs when welcome or user dialog open
