This PR fixes a few failing tests as a result of backend changes:

  • Moderation tests were failing before. This fixes enabling blocklist for channel. But, disables the unblock feature. That one needs more work.
  • updated_by_user_id was reflecting the user who created the history entry. But, now it is the user who updated the message one step before.

CLA

  • The code changes follow best practices
  • Code changes are tested (add some information if not applicable)
