This pull request also includes the content of: README.md is updated with full explanation of usage for the set_rarities util and two conditional rules of constructing layers to DNA. This modification does not affect any of the original functions of the main release, hopefully will be merged to the main release. |

A util of setting rarities is implemented to set rarity weights specified in src/config.js to trait image files automatically.
