Features

add service now destination support - support to ServiceNow as destinations so that we can use EN as the notification component in my Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions.

BREAKING CHANGES

As in node-sdk-core(https://github.com/IBM/node-sdk-core) Node versions 12 is longer supported - 14 is the minimum version supported. There might cause issue with node version below 14.
