At the end, I would love the original committers commits to be properly in/signed, as they deserve all the credit <3

I've had to go and update all Kotlin 1.7 code to 2.0, so this might take a while... IntelliJ 2025.1+ requires it.

Thanks @sh41 , that’s helpful! It sounds like @joshuataylor has a lot of work before we can get this in there, but happy to hop in and sign my commits whenever! 👍
