GetTheBestPrice for Millennium

A Millennium plugin that displays the best current and historical game prices from GG.deals directly on the Steam store page.

⚠️ Millennium Version Requirement

This plugin is built using the new Lua backend. It will only work on Millennium v2.31.0-alpha.1 or later. It will crash on older, python-only versions of Millennium.

📦 Installation

1. Make sure you are on Millennium v2.31.0-alpha.1 or later.
2. Download the latest release from the Releases page.
3. Copy the plugin id from Steambrew and install through Millennium, or extract the GetTheBestPrice folder into your Millennium plugins folder (usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\plugins\) and restart Steam.
4. Enable GetTheBestPrice plugin in the Millennium plugin menu.
5. Restart Steam again.

⚙️ Configuration (Required)

This plugin requires a free API key from GG.deals to function.

1. Click Millennium in the top left corner, open Millennium Library Manager, find Get the Best Price and click the settings icon (cog wheel) next to it.
2. Get your API key:
   • Create an account on GG.deals.
   • Go to your Settings > API page, or click here for the direct link once you've got your account, and generate a key.
3. Paste your API key into the text box and click Save Key.
4. Restart Steam for the change to take effect.

📜 Attribution

This plugin uses data provided by GG.deals. Free API access is for personal and hobby use only, and attribution is required.
