Multi-chromosome with tree sequences
Fix remaining test failure in #470
Additionally utilize the new /archive/refs/tags/v%{version}.tar.gz path to the tagged version of SLiM rather the (apparently) no longer used /archive/v%{version}.tar.gz path.
Update SLiM.spec to 5.0

This PR has changes related to adding support for multiple chromosomes in SLiM. It is very far from being ready to use. Caveat lector.
