QoL Features

• Readable on desktop and mobile
• "Smart" anchors in the URL. One can omit the table. in the URL:
  • e.g. #totals is the same as: #table.totals
• Interactive -- tooltips for runes and runewords (now includes Patch 2.6)
  • Yellow highlight hover row pointer for all tables
• Click on runes to toggle "rune ownership"
