@vasilich-tregub I have consulted with the media feature team, and while they think your code looks interesting, they don't want to invest the resources it would require to properly update the documentation with this information, especially since this feature is essentially deprecated and we don't want to encourage developers to use this API. So, I'm going to close this PR. If there are devs out there looking to implement the scenario you have demonstrated, the SO thread is available to them. I'm sorry that your contribution won't be added to the official docs at this time. We appreciate your effort to help Windows developers write apps.

Thank you, and do not be sorry. Now my turn to ask for forgiveness, as I wrote my proposal with an additional intention of inviting the review like yours. Still, my intention overall to help the devs 'in here' is genuine, and my effort put into this proposal is real. Let us hope our joined effort is not in vain, because I have a vested interest in helping said devs make their development choice other than legacy APIs.
