1. 所有的用户插件的级别需要梳理，然后将各个插件对应的级别的原因写到readme中，这个readme可以是插件级别的 用户插件优先级文档梳理 #329
2. 检视过程中发现历史的命名存在问题，需要修改，Usr -> User 反馈接口涉及类命名问题 #330
