JHU Preview Release v0.11

This release contains the modifications discussed in our conference call of 08/12, including renaming the extension, changing some semantics of primitives, etc.
The purpose of the release is to give the JHU team access to the code to try it out.
Here at NU we are yet to do a code-review of the extension, so substantial changes may occur in the upcoming weeks. (Hence this is certainly NOT a 'production' release of the extension).
The 'view2.5d' zip can be unpacked into the extensions folder in a NetLogo 5.0.5 distribution and used directly. In a subfolder, it also contains several very-informal examples, including one from the AGENT_ZERO collection.
