@apdavison We both mutually determined this to be the end of PyNN e-props project? I am not well aware as why we ended it. But I suspect myself to be found incompetent at that time to be able to interpret the e-props work in its correct form. Not sure but looks INCOMPLETE/PENDING

Can you please comment here the reason if possible?
