Motivation

The use of R"(...)" added a bunch of unnecessary whitespace, e.g.

error:
                           Unable to start any build;
                           either increase '--max-jobs' or enable remote builds.

                           For more information run 'man nix.conf' and search for '/machines'.

Now we get

       For more information run 'man nix.conf' and search for '/machines'.

The Nix maintainer team uses a GitHub project board to schedule and track reviews.

It's really unfortunate that this doesn't work out of the box. Maybe we could do some constexpr unindent in the future, but string literal concatenation seems to be the better and ergonomic choice.
