Transferring Data from HPC to Local System

On Windows Systems:

1. Download and Install WinSCP
2. Run WinSCP and connect to [email protected]
3. From here you'll have the standard two-factor authentication process you normally go through
4. Click the Up Directory icon (..) until you are in the root (/) directory.
   
5. Proceed to enter /xdisk/username
6. Drag and Drop desired files and directories to your local machine

On Linux Systems:

1. Log into the hpc system using sftp
   sftp [email protected]
2. Using the get command, download desired files and directories. Make sure to use the -r option for directories
   get -t /xdisk/username/dem_eemt [Directory on Local System]
3. Exit sftp using the command
   exit
