Add valid domain for OCDI for Unified store SDX

This PR adds the following domain to the Teams JS SDK’s validDomains.json allow-list: https://fa000000136.mro1cdnstorage.public.onecdn.static.microsoft

this is for UnifiedStore metaOs WXP SDX.

Reason for Change:

Align with OCDI migration and OneCDN storage baseline for Office/Teams artifacts. Required for secure loading of resources from the new CDN endpoint.

Context:

This domain is part of the approved OCDI rollout replacing legacy resources.office.net URLs. Ensures Teams JS SDK runtime and host apps recognize the new CDN domain for cross-domain navigation and prefetch
