feat(navbar): improve styling and functionality

• Adjust padding and margin for elements
• Update button sizes for consistency
• Enhance checkbox spacing and alignment
• Add methods for selected messages handling
• Reset selected items on certain actions
• Modify message list fetching logic for resets
