Second: you can't use the Wunderground upload feature twice in weewx.

If you need to use the Wunderground upload feature twice in weewx, you can use the weewx extension [WundergroundLike](https://github.com/smeisens/weewx-wundergroundlike) for the second one.

Now you can then restart the WeeWX server and your PWS observations should now be sent to the local Weather Service every 5 minutes. And do not forget to configure opensprinkler weatherservice. Go to the SuperUser Url https://<opensprinkler IP:Port>/su and give your host and IP for the weatherservice (https://<Local Weather Service IP:Port>)
