Updated toolset in preparation for Analysis Challenge workshop.

ROOT/HDF5 selectable-output PG4

Update to newest PG4/P2x, with (hopefully) improved build system for simplifying install on several platforms. New PG4 build is now both ROOT and HDF5 output capable from the same build.

Simplified HDF5 compile dependencies

Deprecated $HDF5_INSTALL local install path in favor of searching standard/default paths for HDF5.

PMT Teststand

Updated P2xAnalysis for PMT test-stand use, along with incremental PG4 updates.

AD1 baseline geometry

Updates for AD1 baseline simulations, now compatible with Geant4.10.03.

Improved cell-ends reconstruction

Use newest PROSPECT2x_Analysis with improved cell-ends reconstruction methods.

Dependency reduction

MPMUtils dependency removed; example_bashrc added.

SSH git cloning

Optional command line argument "-ssh" for git clone method (still defaults to HTTPS). Fix for older git versions that only clone branches instead of tags.
