Updates to the changelog entry:

  • no qml.capture.disable()
  • remove extraneous qubit
  • remove technical details
  • formatting

Looks like the rendering issue for the ppr depth reduction entry was also resolved, I guess the problem was the double new line in the code block 🤔

(sorry paul I know you had your other PR as well but since I was making multiple changes...)

Hey! some of these changes here will be stomped on by #2069. Should we migrate the changes manually to that PR?
