Description of the change
The driver was exiting if the "action" in the payload was not "approved" or "cancelled". But when a Concierge user cancels a booking, the "action" is "metadata_changed" and "cancelled" is under "status" in the extension data. Made changes to accommodate this for both cancelled and approved bookings.
Also added logging so we can see where the code exits in case of further issues.
Additional information
Succeeds in test harness although I did not update the spec file
