The nerdctl `--mac-address` command line passes the address to the CNI plugin with the `MAC` arg. See `getCNINamespaceOpts`: https://github.com/containerd/nerdctl/blob/main/pkg/containerutil/container_network_manager_windows.go#L184-L186
