I propose to remove ``PMtestVectorTest>>testVectorCloseTo``, as it doesn't make that much sense and the test is failing also.

I propose to remove
PMtestVectorTest>>testVectorCloseTo, as it doesn't make that much sense and the test is failing also (with Pharo 14).
