feat: add new option to update selected record on resource question

Description

I added a newoption to update selected record on resource question. It is configurable from form builder in the custom question panel. When no record is selected, the button is disabled.

How Has This Been Tested?

I created a form with a resource question configured to display the new button. I verified the behavior and ensured the record updates correctly.
