…HOME path Scripts should just operate in the current to them folder. The ones under tools/ci seems to be smart enough and use git topdir.
We produce them on CI and never updated here leading to outdated copies. Alternative is to produce recipes, commit and then do auto which would tag. Then CI would just build from those recipes.
