Similar to (and currently based on):

The only non-trivial change is splitting cfg into two modules (cf::unstructured for the CFG definition itself, and cf::structurize for the structurization algorithm).

Apart from that, cfgssa, SelectionKind and ExitInvocationKind are all moved to cf.


This refactor is less important for now, but future work will likely add new modules in cf, especially for interprocedural passes (e.g. inlining, emulating exceptional control-flow and recursive calls, etc.).
