Their Host is now Default. "No-playback" feature is now a lot less useful (except for saving space) :( |
you forget about C dependencies and how they affect crosscompling. Cpal needs libasound on linux that makes crosscompiling a pain. That makes eliminating cpal when you do not need output nice. |

The only semi-breaking change is the migration from Oboe to AAudio on Android, which bumps minimum Android API version to 26 (Android 8/Oreo).
