Hi @PetrilloAtWork, this PR and sbnanaobj PR 149 is for adding phi and |E|, that is similar with what we did for sbncode PR559. In this PR, I only add phi and |E| since there have been updates in LArSoft's side in Calorimetry objects (LArSoft/lardataobj#52, LArSoft/larreco#82). I believe that there should be another PR for adding the updates for truth matching. Thank you! |

Description
Adding
efieldandphito sbncode/CAFMaker/FillReco.cxx.This is a follow up for recent updates from LArSoft's side in larreco and lardataobj which are tagged from v10_02_00 of them (PR #52 in lardataobj, PR #82 in larreco).
Two additional variables,
efieldandphi, at CAF-level will be very helpful for trying various TPC calorimetry parameters (e-lifetime, electron-agon recombination models, calibration constants, ...) in CAF-analyzing level in flight.It requires a PR in sbnanaobj to be merged first, PR # 149 in sbnanaobj.
