Update Junk-Store to 1.1.13

Added setting to the json schema file to allow for LSFG configuration. This doesn't alter any code just the config schema for Proton settings.

will you be bundling LSFG-VK or implementing it in the install deps process? If not are you depending on Decky-LSFG-VK? If that is the case, do you plan to credit in readme and in plugin's interface?

@xXJSONDeruloXx I don't install anything, that's up to the user. This is just json configs that generates environment variables. There's no external dependencies bundled or referenced. As for your plugin, have a look at the commit, you'll see it has no relation.

In game mode you need to implement various other workaround args to address gamescope-session's inherent frame pacing issues.
