Remove CFG_WITH_SOFTWARE_PRNG from AM62Px. Due to recent TIFS fix [1],
AM62P is able to leverage hardware-TRNG instead of having to fall back
on software-TRNG.

Also remove neofetch since that package doesn't seem to exist any longer
upstream.

AM62L processors are application processors built for Linux application
development, featuring Cortex-A53 cores, multimedia DSI/DPI support,
inegrated ADC on chip, advanced low-power modes etc.

Add support for this SoC in Debian build scripts. The SoC doesn't have
a Cortex-R core, therefore add logic to ensure that the correct boot
binaries are copied into the boot partition.

OPTEE is dropped from AM62L's 11.00.05.02 release. As a result, ATF
should be built without it. So move the "SPD=opteed" option to
machines/ toml file's make_args variable. By doing this, we can still
build other images with OPTEE but keep it dropped for AM62L.
