Landing page project: remove duplicate deployment instructions

Because

This PR removes duplicate deployment instructions from the Landing Page project which are already in the Recipes project. A link is given to the Recipes project for a refresher.

This PR

• Removes the "Viewing your project on the web" section from the Landing Page project.
• Replaces the removed section with a short note that links back to the original deployment instructions in the Recipes project.
