This benefits the internal test suite more than it benefits real projects. tw-comparison-matrix-runtime and tw-forkphorus-515-random-with-invalid-number-with-period both see some optimizations that couldn't before. It would allow putting more assertions in projects without having to worry about breaking the optimizations that a project is trying to test
