Implements "Second Literal Probing". If, during FLP, the probe caused no conflict, we propagate another probe, trying to reach conflict. If the conflict is discovered, we learn the binary clause from the negation of the first and the second probe. This preprocessing heuristic is pretty weak, and perhaps some additional research should be put into it. Open questions include:
