Summary
Added a "security audits" folder to the repo so the docs team can reference the full third-party reports:
audits/so the provenance of every referenced finding lives in-repo.audits/README.md, summarizing each engagement (scope, dates, findings, commit hash) and mapping deployed Optimism contracts to their coverage status.
