What

In this PR we are:

  • Using @wordpress/dependency-extraction-webpack-plugin to be able to manage dependencies automatically for using WordPress packages in a future.
  • Remove deprecated webpack-fix-style-only-entries and use instead webpack-remove-empty-scripts.
  • Run an audit fix.
  • Use a loop to iterate through all scripts instead of manual handwriting all of the enqueues.
