The idea is to provide FTP testing features to the image to test and debug FTP-related topics.

Thanks @SirLouen! I have gone and opened #166 which does not originate from a fork so that the containers are properly generated for testing. The repository does not yet support creating containers from a fork. Closing this out in favor of that PR.
