Adds particular AL and AC codes called out in https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/inputdev/about-keyboard-input as "presently recognized by Windows."

The reason there's only a limited set of consumer controls here in this library is because tit needs to fit on small boards. Since these are just integers you can add them locally. If you'd like to add an example that defines these in a separate class or file, that would be fine. But we don't have the room to merge this in on several boards that freeze this module, sorry.

No worries at all. I made the PR after needing a few of these for a project and thought I'd save someone else the effort of finding them.
