Added Open WebUI as a service in the Docker Compose file
Configured Open WebUI to connect to the Docker Model Runner
Updated README with information about Open WebUI
Open WebUI is accessible on port 3200

Benefits

Provides an alternative, feature-rich interface for interacting with the models
Integrates seamlessly with the existing Docker Model Runner
No changes to backend configuration needed
Allows for more complex prompt engineering and conversation history management

How to test

Pull this branch
Start the application with docker compose up -d
Access Open WebUI at http://localhost:3200
The interface should connect to the Docker Model Runner and be ready to use
